Piyush C. Shah serves as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Miti Properties, overseeing the company’s strategic growth, networking initiatives, and overall business development.
Under his leadership, the company has announced various high-end property transactions in prominent locations of Mumbai and a mandate venture of marketing and sales for a renown Developer.
During the start of his career in the real estate industry, he was recognized as one of the member in an elite group of brokers for a prestigious project Aamby Valley.He further collaborated his expertise with the launch of an exclusive project of Raheja at Madh Island.
Mr. Shah has also served as Chair of Operations for a luxury real estate developer, where he oversaw architectural planning, construction oversight, and major sales negotiations. Coming from a distinguished network of builders, stockbrokers, and diamond merchants, Mr. Shah has established himself as a trusted influencer within Mumbai’s elite real estate circle known for his integrity, insight, and ability to connect opportunity with vision.
